Britsh Medical Massage Society

The BMMS is a newly formed membership organisation for medical practitioners, including HPC Physiotherapist's, Registered Nurses, and Medical Doctors with a specific interest in medical massage & Bodywork. Till March 2008 membership is free for the first year to encourage membership.From April 2008 membership will cost £15 per annum
Benefits include details on training courses, reductions on massage goods, and meetings to promote massage and bodywork techniques
This is a newly formed organisation set up to promote the preventive and wellness benefits that hands on support from a medically trained professional can provide for individual health & wellbeing.
All members need to have completed a recognised medical training and either be HPC Registered MCSP Physiotherapists, medically trained & registered Doctors, or RCN Nurses. Membership is NOT confined to those who completed a training in massage.
